Poster App LLP (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data when you use the TextUp mobile application (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

2. Contacts Access

With your permission, the App may access your contacts to display contact lists, block phone numbers, and improve calling and messaging features. Contacts are accessed only when you allow permission.

3. Call and Message Data

• Call logs and call duration
• Microphone access
• Voicemail data
• Text message metadata

4. Device Information

• Device model
• Android OS version
• IP address
• Unique device identifiers

5. Location Information

With your consent, we may collect approximate location data to apply country-specific calling and credit rates and enable region-based services. You can disable location access at any time from your device settings.

6. Camera Permission

We request access to your device’s camera only to allow you to take and set profile photos (for your account or contacts). The camera is used only when you choose to capture a photo. We do not access it in the background or without your permission.

7. Payment Information

All purchases and subscriptions are handled by Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store credit card details, billing information, or payment credentials.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate App features
• Enable calling, messaging, and number management

Credit Usage Policy

1 credit = 1 minute. Credits apply to both incoming and outgoing calls and SMS. Billing is rounded up to the next full minute.

• 1–60 seconds → 1 credit
• 61–120 seconds → 2 credits

Short Duration Call Policy (Anti-Spam)

Calls lasting 8 seconds or less are considered short duration calls. If such calls exceed 10% of total monthly calls, the associated second number may be temporarily restricted or permanently blocked.

Data Deletion Policy

A Delete Account / Data Deletion option is available in the Profile screen of the App. You may also send a deletion request via email at appledev650@posterapplab.com. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

Disclosure of Information

We may share your information with trusted service providers, legal authorities, or during business transfers. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Security

We take reasonable security measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Disclaimer

You are fully responsible for how the second phone number is used. Any misuse, fraud, spam, or illegal activity may result in account suspension, permanent termination, or legal action.
